In a Senior Quality Engineer job, you'll be responsible for:
· Lead closed-loop problem solving (8D/A3), including containment, root cause, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification
· Implement and improve shop-floor quality systems to meet shipping requirements
· Plan and execute process/product audits and verify effectiveness of corrective actions
· Provide timely KPI reporting (PPM, scrap/rework, COPQ, audit results) and escalate quality risks with clear recommendations
What you'll need:
· 5+ years in Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment
· Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001; internal auditor certification preferred
· Proficiency with 8D/A3, PFMEA, control plans, MSA, SPC, and corrective action systems
