    Description

    5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical fieldExperience with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality systemsStrong background in root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, and process improvementKnowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and Six SigmaAerospace experience preferred; electronics manufacturing highly preferredFAA Repair Station experience and ASQ CQE/CQA certifications are a plusLeadership and customer/supplier interaction experience preferredResponsibilities Support Quality Manager in maintaining product and process qualityLead internal/external audits and AS9100 compliance activitiesDrive corrective actions, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiativesPerform supplier and customer quality audits and reviewsDevelop inspection and control plans, First Article Inspections (AS9102), and quality documentationAnalyze quality metrics, reliability data, FRACAS reports, and DPPM performanceParticipate in MRB activities and calibration program oversightUtilize statistical and Lean tools to improve manufacturing processesPreferred Experience Printed circuit board (PCB) electronics manufacturingJ-STD and IPC standardsFAA regulations (14 CFR Parts 21, 43, 65, 120, & 145)PLM systems, MRP systems, and Microsoft Office#J-18808-Ljbffr
