This role serves as the technical authority for welding processes, welder qualification, and metallurgical problem-solving, while driving continuous improvement in welding technologies and quality systems.This position works closely with Production Engineering, Quality, and OEM customers to ensure compliance with AWS, ISO 3834-2, and ISO 9001 standards.
