Description

  • Interpret and flow down customer quality requirements across internal teams.
  • Maintain and improve Quality Management System documentation in line with AS9100D and ISO standards.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using structured methodologies (PDCA, 5 Whys, 8D).
  • Develop inspection standards and train teams on heightened inspection processes.
  • Analyze quality KPIs, identify trends, and recommend improvement actions.
  • Manage nonconforming materials and coordinate resolution with operational teams.
  • Drive supplier quality initiatives, including corrective action requests and performance monitoring.
  • Support customer audits, source inspections, and quality documentation requirements.
  • Promote visual management and participate in daily operational huddles at the Gemba.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Experience with lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability in root cause analysis and corrective action (e.g., FMEA, 8D, Fishbone).
  • Solid analytical and statistical skills, including process capability and trend analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Must meet ITAR requirements as a U.S. Person.
