About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Quality & Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and quality functions, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering and quality teams.
  • Build and execute quality and engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Drive process improvements through root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide technical oversight, review designs, implement tech data and manufacturing info into ERP system, and product validation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Collaborate closely with product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Manage customer and supplier quality, including complaint investigations and supplier performance monitoring.
  • Track and report key quality and engineering metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation, lead audits, and support training initiatives across the organization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, quality assurance, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong technical expertise with the ability to guide teams and solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing technical and quality teams.
  • Solid project management capabilities, including scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align engineering and quality initiatives with business objectives.
