Bel Fuse is seeking a day one ready and strategic Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to architect, build, and scale a world-class FP&A function. This executive will drive financial insight, performance management, and strategic decision-making across Bel's global operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and transforming FP&A organizations in complex, multinational environments, and will be instrumental in shaping Bel's financial future.\n \nAre you Looking To: \n\n Build and scale a world-class FP&A function from the ground up in a global, complex organization\n Drive strategic decision-making through sharper insight, forecasting, and performance management\n Be a key partner to the CFO/CEO/executive leadership influencing major business and capital decisions\n Lead standardization, automation, and modernization of planning/reporting using ERP/BI/analytics tools\n \nAre you Ready To: \n\n Architect FP&A end-to-end: team design, processes, cadence, and systems, then scale it over time\n Own annual budget, forecast, and long-range plan across multiple business units and time zones\n Deliver scenario modeling, KPI analytics, and actionable performance insights on a recurring and ad hoc basis\n Step into highly visible work including forward guidance, cross-border financial matters, and M&A support\n \nWhat You'll Need: \n\n 15+ years progressive leadership in FP&A, ideally within global manufacturing/electronics/industrial tech\n Proven ability to build and develop teams, including mentoring and upskilling talent joining FP&A from elsewhere\n Deep capability in budgeting/forecasting, financial modeling, and business partnering with senior stakeholders\n Experience with ERP/BI tools (e.g., D365/Oracle/Power BI) plus exposure to FX, transfer pricing, and global operations\n \nWhat You'll Get:\n\n Direct strategic influence as a trusted advisor to the CFO, CEO, and executive leadership team\n Broad enterprise exposure across operations, commercial, R&D, and potential involvement in M&A and integration\n Base salary range: $150K - $240K.
