A Day in This Role

Picture starting your shift with a quick huddle, reviewing quality checks, then moving to your station where every box you build sends a finished product to a customer. You verify the packaging configuration, keep materials topped up, and act fast if you spot an imperfection — looping in your team lead so everything ships right on time and to spec. Throughout the day, you work safely and keep your area clean so the line runs smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

• Pack finished goods into cartons accurately and prepare them for shipment
• Inspect for defects and escalate concerns to a team lead immediately
• Monitor and replenish workstation supplies (boxes, tape, etc.)
• Maintain housekeeping standards for a clean, organized station
• Comply with all safety protocols and follow standard work instructions

What Helps You Thrive Here

• Background in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is highly preferred
• Team collaboration skills are essential
• Ability to follow standard work instructions is required
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred; clear, effective communication; comfortable with a quick production tempo

Pay, Schedule, and Shift Options

• Starting wage of $17.00/hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential
• Paid weekly
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• Night Shift opportunities may also be available

Physical Expectations & Environment

This is an active manufacturing role with constant movement and hands-on work:

• Overhead reaching, squatting, and bending at the waist
• Lifting boxes from 0–50 lbs (line dependent)
• Climbing stairs multiple times during a 12-hour shift
• Standing continuously for up to 12 hours; frequent, intense walking
• Working indoors where temperatures can be excessively hot or cold

PPE and protective clothing must be worn when required, such as: safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat or bump cap, hair/beard net, and gloves.

• Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, and bend throughout the shift
• Comfort with prolonged standing while performing job duties
• High manual dexterity with repetitive motion of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles
