Quality/Forklift Operator

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring Quality Assurance Forklift Driver for our client in Smyrna, TN.

Location: Smyrna, TN

Shifts: 

• 3rd Shift 8:30pm-6:30am (Sunday-Thursday) overtime is possible

Pay Rate: 

• $16/hr starting out then can move up to $19/hr after forklift certification.

This position you will start out working in Quality checking raw materials and then train to be a forklift driver for our automotive client.

Job Duties:

• Perform quality inspections on products to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Verify materials, counts, labeling, and packaging standards

• Operate a forklift as backup support when required

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines

• Communicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic math and documentation skills

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
