About the Role
At Liberty Dental Plan, quality is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Quality Improvement Analyst to support organizational quality management, performance improvement, and regulatory initiatives across multiple markets.
In this role, you will combine healthcare data analytics, quality improvement methodologies, and performance reporting to help drive measurable clinical and non-clinical outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze performance trends, lead improvement initiatives, and support strategic quality goals that positively impact our members, clients, and communities.
Please note:
This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys both working with data and telling the story behind the data. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing information, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, facilitating quality initiatives, and communicating findings to support organizational decision-making. While technical reporting and data management skills are important, this is not a purely programming or software development role.
