What you will do:
Coordinates specific review processes for quality improvement. Ensures staff within Peterson Health comply with care standards, quality key performance indicators and accrediting quality management system requirements. This person works closely with Infection Control and the Patient Safety/Accreditation Coordinator. Works with departments to actively observe, audit, analyze and report on results. Coordinates staff education on quality improvement systems including lean six sigma.

Required Education:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing

Preferred Education:
BSN in Nursing

Required Skills:
Good computer skills that include word and excel. Collects and compiles data reports

Preferred Skills:
Excel & Meditech

Required Licensure/Registration/Certification: 
RN with current Texas license

Required Experience:
Minimum two years clinical experience in an acute care setting or similar. Project management & training and knowledge of continuous improvement principles.

Preferred Experience: 
5 years clinical experience in an acute care setting with management or similar Patient Safety, quality improvement experience
