    Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring for a Quality Improvement Coordinator RN to join the team!


    Overview:

    The Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible supporting and implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and safety of patient care within the healthcare organization. Collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to assess, monitor, and improve healthcare processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices.

    Requirements:


    Education

    • Bachelor's Level Degree in Nursing (BSN) (Required)

    Certification/Licensure

    • RN License valid in state of practice (Required)

    Experience

    • 2 years' acute care work experience (Required)
    • process improvement, educator, record auditing, accreditation survey experience preferred.

    We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $92,060.80 - $136,052.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
