Our client is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to join their team and support key quality and compliance initiatives. This role is integral to driving enterprise-wide quality improvements, ensuring adherence to state and federal reporting standards, and addressing root cause analyses and corrective action plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare quality and compliance and thrive in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage data collection and ensure accuracy for timely submission.
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective action plans.
Serve as a key resource for quality functions across the organization.
Support preparation and compliance efforts for state and federal audits.
Identify deficiencies and trends in quality activities and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with Quality Improvement (QI) Program Committees.
Collect and submit data for regulatory bodies and internal initiatives.

Qualifications
Required:
Associate degree or higher.
4+ years of experience in at least one of the following:
Healthcare Quality Improvement
Healthcare Quality Assurance
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Preferred:
1+ year of experience in any of the following:
Root cause analysis
State and federal audit preparation
Data entry, collection, and submission processes
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 100% onsite at the Los Angeles location.
