Location: Napoleon, OH
Pay: $15 an hour
Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow inspection procedures, work instructions, and specifications
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Identify defects and document findings accurately
- Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use basic measurement tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Basic computer or paperwork skills for documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
