Quality Inspector Job Details
Monday - Friday | 6:00am - 3:00pm | $20-$22/hr DOE
Quality Inspector Requirements
- Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Experience with quality inspection processes and standards
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems
- Ability to read blueprints preferred
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and documentation procedures
About the Quality Inspector Role
As a Quality Inspector, your responsibilities will include:
- Inspect, audit, and verify parts meet print specifications and quality standards
- Conduct visual inspections of finished goods using AQL sampling methods
- Review and report quality measurements and key performance indicators
- Verify parts, boxes, and pallet quantities using packaging specifications
- Maintain accurate inventory and report parts into the company database
- Properly use and maintain inspection tools and equipment
- Record production and inspection data into systems such as PLEX
- Communicate with production teams regarding material or part issues
