Inspect parts at multiple stages including first article in process and final inspection. Verify materials processes and certifications from sub tier vendors. Complete inspection documentation in compliance with AS9100 quality standards. Utilize CMM equipment operation and programming. Use and calibrate a wide variety of inspection tools gauges surface plates and measurement equipment.ScheduleMonday - Friday1stshift 530 AM - 200 PM2nd Shift 145 PM- 1000 PMPay Rate 37.00 - 41.00 per hour DOEThe ideal candidate will have Minimum 4experience in mechanical inspectionwithin a manufacturing or job shop environment. Ability to perform complex inspection set ups. Strong proficiency reading complex blueprints and performing advanced job shop math. Experience with CMM operation and a broad range of inspection tools. Thorough understanding of GD&T including true position tolerancing and Cartesian coordinate systems. Familiarity with ISO based quality systems and documentation requirements.Preferred Qualifications Experience with PC DMIS 4.2 or newer for CMM programming.
