$18–$20/hour, based on experience
Inova Staffing Services is hiring an experienced Quality Inspector / Electrical Assembler for a great opportunity with one of our clients in Solon!We are looking for someone who has previous quality inspection experience specifically within an electronics environment. This position is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically/electronically inclined, and takes pride in producing quality work.
What You’ll Do:

• Perform quality inspections on electronic components and assemblies
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform electrical assembly and related production tasks
• Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and quality requirements
• Use precision measuring and inspection tools as needed
• Identify and communicate quality issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Work safely and maintain a clean, organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

• MUST have previous Quality Inspection experience, preferred in an electronics/manufacturing environment
• Previous electrical assembly experience is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
