Quality Inspector
1st Shift
6 am - 2:30 pm
Perrysburg Ohio
$17/hr - Paid Weekly
This position will work directly within the manufacturing operation to help ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Inspect manufactured products to ensure they meet established quality requirements and specifications.
Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
Conduct visual inspections and required product testing.
Identify defective or nonconforming products and communicate quality concerns.
Ensure established inspection and testing procedures are properly followed.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
Assist with investigating product defects and quality-related issues.
Communicate quality concerns to production and quality leadership.
Help ensure corrective actions are followed when quality issues are identified.
Monitor production for compliance with established quality standards.
Maintain required reports, records, and other quality documentation.
Promote quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the production environment.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing and/or quality inspection experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to identify defects and recognize when a product does not meet specifications.
Strong basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Ability to accurately complete inspection paperwork and documentation.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work around operating production equipment.
