Quality Inspector
Shift: 2nd, (Hours May Vary)
Pay: $17/hr. (Based on experience)

Job Description:
- Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, appearance, paint thickness, welding, and blast profile.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Complete inspection reports, damage reports, rework documentation, and other quality records.
- Identify quality issues and route products for rework when necessary.
- Assist in investigating quality concerns and determining root causes.
- Communicate quality deviations to production and plant leadership.
- Verify products are packaged correctly to prevent shipping damage.
- Recommend improvements to quality, production, and safety processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Manufacturing or product testing experience preferred.
- Associate degree preferred.
- MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) certification is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret customer specifications.
- Familiarity with ASTM standards is preferred.
- Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, microscopes, and other measuring equipment.
