As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a vital role in ensuring all incoming materials, in-process production, and finished components meet the highest standards of quality. You’ll work closely with the production team and quality engineers to uphold our rigorous inspection protocols and compliance standards.

What You'll Do


As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• Performing dimensional and visual inspections on metal stampings, wire forms, springs, and welded assemblies to ensure they meet blueprint specifications
• Utilizing precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and optical indicators to verify part dimensions accurately
• Ensuring all products conform to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems
• Documenting inspection results, tracking SPC data, and assisting with data-driven process improvements
• Supporting PPAP and APQP processes by compiling inspection data for client approval packages
• Identifying, documenting, and isolating non-conforming materials, then collaborating with production staff to troubleshoot root causes and implement corrective measures

What You'll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Inspector in a precision metal forming, stamping, or industrial machining environment
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and GD&T symbols
• Confidence using manual inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and thread plugs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and management
• High school diploma or GED; vocational training or ASQ certification is a plus
