Quality Inspector

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a 2 ^nd shift Quality Inspector to work in the Westlake, Oh area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Salary range is $45,000-$55,000. Plus Overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect parts and verify dimensions, surface finish, hardness, and balance using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment, including CMMs.
• Perform first-piece inspections, capability studies, and production quality checks to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Record inspection results, report quality issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Calibrate and operate balancing and inspection equipment.
• Support training and evaluation of new inspectors.
• Perform additional quality and customer-related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience operating CMM equipment required.
• Knowledge of quality inspection methods, measurement tools, calibration, and statistical process control.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T and coordinate systems.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection planning tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills in a manufacturing environment.
