Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Summary:
- Location: Camarillo, CA
- 1st Shift
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, with OT on Saturdays, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform and verify visual, dimensional, electrical, mechanical, environmental, and chemical inspection functions.
- Review and approve inspection/test data.
- Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and procedures.
- Interface with customer/government source inspection personnel.
- Maintain inspection records in accordance with company procedures.
- Generate and assist in the corrective/preventive action process.
- Understand and support the Quality Management System.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Requirements:
- Must communicate (read and write) in English.
- Use basic measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.).
- Basic four-function mathematics, some SPC data collection.
- Must not be color blind or have non-correctable vision impairment.
- Familiarity with AS9102 and creating AS9102 FAIRs.
Preferred Skills:
- High School graduate, or equivalent.
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Inspector (CQI).
- Three to five years of manufacturing experience.
- Three to five years of inspector experience.
