We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team in Chaska.
As a Quality Inspector, you'll ensure incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products meet quality standards through visual and measurement inspections, audits, and documentation. You'll use tools like calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and optical comparators, and collaborate with production to resolve discrepancies. The role involves completing reports, conducting process audits, maintaining measurement equipment, and supporting continuous improvement.
Requirements include a high school diploma, 1-3 years of manufacturing inspection experience, proficiency with measurement tools, and familiarity with SAP or quality systems. Strong attention to detail and understanding of SPC are preferred.
