Quality Inspector

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to assess product quality.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding quality assurance.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Proficient in using measuring tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
