Quality Inspector - Direct HIre

Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $19.00-$21.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What you will do as a Quality Inspector:

• Perform routine and department-specific Quality Inspection, auditing, compliance, and Critical Process inspections throughout the plant in a standardized, efficient, and repeatable manner
• Provide training to others on critical-to-quality product and process criteria
• Move boats to various locations (repaint, outside, warehouse, etc.) manually or by pallet jack and assist in heat-shrinking boats as required
• Work on special projects geared towards product or process improvement
• Serve as a gatekeeper for customer satisfaction and a quality leader within the facility

What you need to be a Quality Inspector:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read drawings and specifications
• Solid mechanical skills, utilize basic math and reading skills, ability to utilize hand and power tools
• Must have computer, math, and reading proficiency and ability to use databases
• Ability to receive and follow instruction
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to perform independently as well as in a team role, possess good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work overtime as required
