Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking an entry level Quality Inspector to support manufacturing production at our Magnesium Molding facility located in Eau Claire Wisconsin.

Third shift: 11:00pm-7:00am. Earn a 12% Shift Differential ON TOP of your base pay

What You Will Do

  • Perform inspections per control plans/inspection plans, document results, and make start-up decisions
  • Operate precision measuring instruments in accordance with approved procedures
  • Complete capability studies and gage R&R analysis
  • Interpret visual and dimensional quality criteria to operators
  • Participate in problem solving activities
  • Provide assistance with the MRB process
  • Work within a team environment to complete other quality related duties as assigned
  • violations of established rules of stability and capability
  • Participate in problem solving activities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Quality experience in operations and/or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to operate inspection instruments
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in an SAP or ERP system
  • 6 months of quality experience
  • Ability to read basic blueprints
