Diagnostic Group, LLC is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you will support our quality and manufacturing operations by performing inspections of incoming materials and finished products, verifying and monitoring calibration of test equipment, and maintaining accurate inspection and calibration records. This position plays a key role in ensuring products meet defined specifications and quality standards through consistent use of documented procedures and attention to detail.
This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Pay rate: $22.00/hour

Responsibilities:
- Conducts visual inspections and verifies calibration of equipment to be tested, utilizing technical data sheets to determine specifications for parts and final product; documents measurements and methods to support analysis of equipment and findings.
- Use written procedures to determine proper inspection
- Visual and aural inspection of final product
- Verification of test equipment calibration
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:
- General knowledge and familiarity with electronics and computers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED required,
- 3‐5 Years of experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times.
- Clear background check including criminal history and education verification.
