Quality Inspector (Electronics Manufacturing)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Solon, Ohio. This role is perfect for candidates experienced in quality inspection within electronics manufacturing. Hours: Monday Thursday, 6:00 am 4:30 pm
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process inspections on PCBAs, wire/cable builds, and final assemblies
Complete statistical sampling inspections and document results
Inspect for workmanship issues such as defects, damage, incorrect components, and poor assembly
Ensure parts meet quality standards before moving to the next production step
Verify products meet work instructions, prints, and specifications
Accurately record inspection results and report nonconformances
Support basic rework and verification as needed (training provided)
Minimum Requirements:
Electronics manufacturing experience required
Experience with PCBAs and PCB inspection preferred
Experience with soldering or solder joint evaluation/inspection
Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate inspection records
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a production environment
Experience using small hand tools and inspection equipment
Nice to Have Skills:
Familiarity with statistical sampling techniques
Experience in a cleanroom or climate-controlled environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior electronics manufacturing experience (specific years not specified)
