Quality Control Inspector
Pay:  $18.00 - $24.60/hour based on experience

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for quality? Join our team as a Quality Control Inspector and play a key role in ensuring our printed products meet the highest standards. In this position, you will perform visual inspections of printed materials, identify defects, document findings, and ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help deliver high-quality products while supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Required Skills:

• Ability to perform detailed visual inspections of printed products
• Experience using inspection checklists and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and quality issues
• Ability to read work instructions, quality standards, and customer specifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with production teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of Quality Control/Quality Assurance experience in a printing environment
• Experience performing inspections and ensuring customer quality standards are met

Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive inspection tasks
• Ability to identify defects and communicate findings to production and management
• Willingness to assist with special projects and disposition of non-conforming materials
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
