Quality Inspector

• Perform inspections on raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and indicators.
• Operate and maintain CMM equipment, including programming and reporting using MCOSMOS and/or CALYPSO.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T to evaluate product conformance.
• Conduct first article inspections, in-process audits, and non-conformance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation in accordance with QMS requirements.
• Develop and maintain programs for vision systems and CMM equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred.
• ASQ certification (CQI, CQT, or equivalent) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing, including leadership or senior-level inspection experience.
• Strong experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.
• Hands-on experience with CMMs and related software (MCOSMOS and/or CALYPSO).
• Advanced ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Familiarity with AS9102 and Net-Inspect is a plus.
