Pro Resources is seeking a 1st and 2nd Shift Quality Inspector for a client in Elkhart, IN. The main function of this position is to perform all duties required to perform product, material and gage inspection in support of the quality management system. In Addition, this position will act as additional support and back-up for the Quality Assurance Supervisor. Apply Today!

Shift and Compensation 
  • 1st and 2nd Shift
  • Compensation is from 37,440 USD to 41,600 USD per year
Job Duties
  • Reviews and approves item planning, as required.
  • Issues Manufacturing Material Discrepancy Reports.
  • Performs First Article Inspection Reports and retains samples of each submission for future reference.
  • Inspects RMA’s and performs transaction in the ERP system.
  • Inspects colors using the Spectrophotometer and create color standards.
  • Performs Products Audits.
  • Performs Manufacturing Process Audits
  • Performs capability studies.
  • Performs 2nd Stage Receiving Inspection.
  • Identifies areas for improvement.
  • Performs closeout verification on Customer Complaint Reports and Corrective andPreventive Action Requests.
  • Inspects Samples and Samples Warehouse Inventory.
  • Helps coordinate PPAP activities.
  • Performs various duties found within the Lab Scope.
  • Acts as a backup for the Quality Supervisor.
Background Profile
  • Bilingual in Both Spanish and English is Required
  • Experienced with ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001 quality systems
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Knowledgeable with Excel, Word, Syteline, Outlook.
  • Knowledgeable of all equipment referenced in Laboratory Scope.
  • Must be able to interpret complex drawings
