Salary: $25.00/hour

Our client in Kentucky, KY USA is actively looking for a Manufacturing Quality Inspector to join their team.

  • Inspection Equipment & Measurement Tools
  • Welding Procedure Evaluation
  • Quality Alerts & Visual Aid Management
  • Documentation & Record Keeping
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Communication & Organizational Skills
  • Independent Decision Making
  • Continuous Process Improvement
  • Performed inspections across all production stages, ensuring compliance with inspection cards, engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Conducted weld inspections and verified compliance with applicable codes, standards, and welding procedures.
  • Monitored welding parameters and production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize defects.
  • Identified, documented, and reported non-conforming products, coordinating rework and corrective actions as required.
  • Distributed quality alerts and visual work instructions, ensuring employee awareness and compliance through documented acknowledgment.
  • Supported weld destructive and non-destructive testing activities and maintained inspection records.
  • Evaluated welding procedures and recommended process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Audited quality procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintained and inspected welding fixtures, templates, gauges, and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Communicated quality issues promptly and accurately to production, engineering, and management teams.
  • Implemented continuous improvement initiatives that strengthened quality control processes and reduced production defects.
