Job Title: Quality Inspector (1st Shift)
Location: Fontana, CA
Pay: $24-27/hour DOE
(7am-3:30pm) M-F
Contract (4-8 weeks)

We’re looking for a skilled Quality Inspector to join our 1st shift team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Position Overview:
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing visual inspections, using mechanical measuring tools, and verifying product quality against engineering drawings and specifications. This role plays a key part in maintaining product consistency and supporting a culture of quality on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform visual inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products.
  • Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, oscilloscopes, etc.) to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to verify quality requirements.
  • Document inspection results accurately and report non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration is up to date.
  • Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings (strong plus).
  • Proficiency with mechanical measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) and basic test equipment (oscilloscopes).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
