Our client is hiring a Quality Inspector in Greensboro, NC! Join a growing manufacturing team on a 4-day work week schedule (MondayThursday, 10-hour shifts) where your attention to detail helps ensure products meet quality and customer standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect parts, circuit boards, assemblies, and finished products for quality and compliance
- Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify specifications
- Review drawings, work instructions, and quality documentation
- Enter inspection results into company databases and maintain accurate records
- Communicate quality findings to production and operations teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, internal audits, and quality investigations
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to distinguish colors and read color-coded components
- 3+ years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards
- Experience in an ISO 9001 environment
- Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 4-day work week Monday through Thursday
- 10-hour shifts with a 3-day weekend every week
