Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), American Society for Quality (ASQ), Compensation and Benefits, Corrective Action, Electrical Components, Electricity, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Quality Control, Source Code/Configuration Management (SCM)
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site inspections at supplier location.
- Verify criteria highlighted in recent SCARs, confirming corrective actions.
- Dimensional compliance to the engineering prints and tolerances.
- Revision control and CIS (component inspection standard) adherence.
- AQL (Acceptable quality limit) sampling and random lot checks.
- Document findings with photos, measurements, and standardized reports.
Requirements:- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings (GD&T).
- Familiarity with electrical components.
- Proficient inspection tools (callipers, micrometres, gauges, etc.)
- Experience: 5 - 7 years in mechanical/electrical quality inspection or source inspection
- Certifications: Preferred - ASQ (American Society for Quality) CQI -Certified Quality Inspector or equivalent.
