We're looking for experienced candidates ready to join our team as Quality Inspectors supporting quality, warehouse, inventory, material-handling and forklift-related operations in the Hayward, California area.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: Quality Inspector - Warehouse & Inventory Focus

Pay: $19.77/hour

Work Location: Hayward, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift: 9-hour shifts

Start Time: 7:00 AM

Anticipated Start Date: October 1, 2026

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Quality inspection
• Warehouse support
• Inventory management and counting
• Material and pallet handling
• Pallet strapping and staging
• Forklift-related responsibilities
• Operating forklift equipment after completing required on-site training and certification
• Maintaining accurate inventory and quality documentation
• Following established safety, quality and work instructions
• Communicating discrepancies or concerns to leadership
• Supporting additional quality and warehouse activities as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Previous warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, logistics or material-handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability and willingness to complete required on-site forklift training and certification
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9-hour shifts beginning at 7:00 AM
• Availability for the anticipated October 1, 2026 start date

PAID ON-SITE TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

Three days of paid on-site training will be provided.

Candidates should already have previous forklift operating experience. The three-day training period is designed to complete the required on-site training and certification before operating forklift equipment.
