Quality Inspector I 2nd Shift

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturer in East Providence, RI to fill a 2nd shift inspcector role. The shcedule for this position will be 3PM - 11:30 PM Mon-Friday with a starting pay rate of $20.25

Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector  2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm
Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Inspector I is responsible for performing inspections on all products for either Assembly or Injection Molding, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform variable and attribute inspections on products based on the sampling plan and document findings.
• Interpret basic blueprint dimensions and notes specific to inspected parts.
• Package, weigh, and label products, recording accepted and rejected amounts.
• Conduct measurements using luer gauges, go/no-go pins, digital calipers, optical comparators, tensile testers, and other equipment.
• Perform functional testing to ensure product quality.
• Properly care for and maintain measuring and test equipment.
• Determine product acceptability based on workmanship standards and procedures.
• Disposition products as approved or rejected.
• Conduct sorting and rework as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior quality assurance experience preferred.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
