Title: Quality Control Inspector
Duration: 3 months (Contract)
Location: Greensboro, NC (100% Onsite)
Hours: Mon – Thurs – 6:30am – 4:30pm (10 hours/day) on non-holiday weeks. On holiday weeks, we work 8 hour days on the non-holiday(s).
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour on W2

Job Description:
With assistance/direction, perform inspections of parts and assemblies (components, hardware, electronic circuit board assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies, finished product, etc.) to ensure compliance with documented standards, enter inspection results in company databases, and communicate results via reports. Potentially, this person will also support various activities to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with assigned functional area within the department which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks:
  • Execute inspection of parts, circuit boards, assemblies, and finished product. These operations can require the use of measuring devices.
  • Interpret drawings and other documents and set the appropriate inspection levels in accordance with department policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to support assigned duties.
  • Process/route materials.
  • Perform other tasks to support operations.
  • Track quality indicators, eventually providing first-level analysis to identify improvement opportunities
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Draft quality procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits.
  • Investigate non-conformance issues.

Must Have
  • Performed inspections of products, inventory, and customer orders to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintained accurate records and entered data using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer systems.
  • Assisted with inventory management, stock verification, and identifying discrepancies or damaged items.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail while following procedures, resolving issues, and supporting efficient operations.
