Job Summary:
- Quality Inspector for incoming, in-process, and final inspection for cable and connector. Any other duties as required. Needs some oversight
- Mechanical, electrical, visual inspection of connectors and cable assemblies
- Maintain quality records
- Write DMR's and assist with investigation when required
- Excel, general software competence
- Mechanical competency, hand measuring tools
- Understand and be able to read and comprehend engineering drawings
- Communication skills to interact with staff members
- Ability to use basic measuring tools (calipers, protractors, depth gauge, microscope, optical measuring equipment, simple scales or rulers, tape measure, and gage pins)
- Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science major
- Macola, WinSPC
- Database experience
- 1+ years
- 1+ year of technical college training (Engineering or Computer Science)
