We are seeking an experienced CMM Quality Inspector to support precision aerospace manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for performing first article, in-process, and final inspections on tight-tolerance machined components while ensuring compliance with customer and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
Operate CMM equipment and inspection software
Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements
Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and comparators
Document inspection results and quality records
Identify non-conforming material and support corrective actions
Maintain compliance with aerospace quality standards
Qualifications
2+ years of quality inspection or CMM inspection experience
Experience operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail
