The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring product quality and safety through inspections, sampling, and documentation.
Requirements include performing welding, set-out, assembly, shipping, and NDE inspections, generating reports, reviewing PMI, and managing traceability and project documentation.
Skills needed are proficiency with electrical and mechanical drawings, test equipment, relevant standards, and strong analytical, communication, and independent working skills.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in energy or subsea equipment inspection, a high school diploma (some post-secondary education preferred), and the ability to obtain a TWIC.
Physical demands include prolonged sitting or standing, lifting up to 40 lbs., and repetitive computer use.
