Quality Inspector

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Quality Inspector to join their Electronics client in Irvine, California. 2 positions open!

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and document defects, deviations, or non-conformities in products or processes.
• Perform visual and dimensional checks at various stages of production (Incoming, In-Process, and Final)
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and results for audit and reporting purposes.
• Operate testing equipment and tools to assess product quality accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality inspection or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Must have extensive knowledge of IPC-A-600, J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC-A-620. Certification is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using inspection and measurement tools and equipment.
• Good communication skills to effectively report and document findings.

Required Work Hours

The Quality Inspector will work full-time hours, with a schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Hourly Pay

The position offers a competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $38.00, based on experience and qualifications.
