Aerospace Quality Inspector - Kent/Renton area WA -July 2026-0805

Our client in the Kent/ Renton area is looking for a Quality Inspector to inspect parts and assist QA lead as needed. These are 2nd shift and weekend positions.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Perform dimensional inspection of machined components, sheet metal parts, and small assemblies
• Proficient operating and calibrating CMM machines.
• Use statistical sampling plans, such ASQ-ANSIZ1.4 or similar.
• Understand the ISO9001/AS9100 and how it applies to a Quality Control position.
• Perform AS9102 based First Article Inspections
• Help perform internal audits of our quality procedures
• Help maintain quality and calibration records
• Must be familiar with all common precision inspection equipment (calipers, height gauge, micrometers, pin gauges, thread gauges, optical comparator...)
• Must be competent in reading and interpreting aerospace/ engineered drawings, GD&T.
• Reviewing FAIRs for accuracy
• Familiar with material and process certs. Maintain traceability records.
