Quality Inspector – Manufacturing

BHS Corrugated is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Knoxville. In this role, you'll inspect precision-machined corrugating rolls and cassettes throughout the manufacturing process to ensure every product meets our high quality standards before it reaches our customers.

What You'll Do
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured components.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, and overall product quality using precision measuring equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Document inspection results and communicate quality issues to production.
- Identify non-conforming parts and support corrective actions.
- Help ensure products meet BHS quality standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings (GD&T experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic computer skills; SAP or ERP experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
