Employment Solutions is hiring a Quality Inspector for our client in South Windsor, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional with an aerospace background.
Location: South Windsor, CT Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM Pay: $20+/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspections on aerospace components
Visually inspect coated and painted parts
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Verify parts meet quality, customer, and regulatory requirements
Complete inspection reports and quality documentation
Communicate quality concerns with internal teams and customers
Assist in the Masking Department as needed
Qualifications
2–5 years of quality inspection experience in the aerospace or aviation industry (required)
Knowledge of FAA, Nadcap, and/or Military standards preferred
Experience using measuring and inspection equipment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work independently and overtime, including evenings or weekends, as needed
COVID-19 vaccination preferred
