Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections in accordance with approved procedures and specifications
- Interpret work instructions, drawings, and inspection documentation
- Inspect components using precision measuring and testing equipment
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor inspection materials and process solutions
- Evaluate parts, document findings, and report inspection results
- Record inspection data and labor activity accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, parts, and work areas
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate inspection status, findings, and issues as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or industrial environments preferred
- U.S. person status required
Required Skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings and inspection criteria
- Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement devices
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Preferred Experience
- FPI certification (Level I or II)
- Experience with repair, overhaul, or other NDT methods
- Background in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments
