Compensation: $20.00–$27.00 per hour – paid weekly

About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading medical equipment manufacturer in Brooklyn Park to hire Quality Inspector workers. In this role, you’ll support the production of high quality medical products by following detailed manufacturing processes in a clean, regulated environment. What You’ll Do as an Quality Inspector - Follow all cGMP standards, safety procedures, and company policies
- Interpret manufacturing documentation, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform assembly, processing, and fabrication tasks using tools and equipment
- Complete workstation set-ups and basic troubleshooting
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using microscopes and measurement tools
- Document production and inspection results accurately
- Identify and report quality issues to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with packaging and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate effectively with peers and senior operators
What You Need to Bring to the Quality Inspector Role- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Ability to frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail; ISO/FDA or LEAN experience is a plus
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, humidity, fumes, dust, noise)
- Knowledge of workstation setup and basic inspection methods
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
