JOB TITLE: Quality Inspector

PAY RATE: $31-39/hour

Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (4+ months with potential for extension)
Shifts: Must be open to various shifts (4x10 Mon Thurs 6:00am 4:30pm or 4:00pm 2:30am; 3rd shift Thurs Sun)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Perform in-process and final assembly inspections per QMS requirements.
Accurately document inspection results and input data.
Communicate acceptance criteria and results to engineering, management, and production teams.
Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in Oracle ERP.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
A&P License required.
3 5 years of quality inspection experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
Knowledge of AS9100 and FAA/aviation industry requirements.
Strong background in aircraft mechanical and pneumatic systems, integration, and inspection techniques.
Proficient with precision measurement tools, Microsoft Office, CATIA V5 (or similar), and interpreting 2D/3D drawings.
Excellent attention to detail, technical writing, and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and meet required vision standards.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
