Job Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Utilize precision tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) to verify dimensions, tolerances, and product integrity
Document inspection results, identify non-conformances, and collaborate with production and engineering teams on corrective actions
Support audits, maintain quality records, and contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of quality inspection experience in metal stamping or manufacturing environments
Proficiency with inspection tools and measurement equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and CMM
Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
Preferred Skills & Experience
Technical degree in quality, engineering, or related field
Experience with ISO/TS quality standards and audit processes
Salary Range - 30 per hour+
