Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize various measuring tools and equipment to assess product quality and performance.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality data.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality control procedures.
- Report non-conformities and assist in the implementation of corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality assurance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in quality control is a plus.
Proven experience as a Quality Inspector
Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
You should be proficient in:
- Quality Inspection Experience
- Hi-Pot (High Potential) / High Voltage Testing
