Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting continuous improvement and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $23.00

Shift: Monday - Friday (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)

What's the Job?

  • Collect and analyze quality data to support quality objectives
  • Perform comprehensive inspections of products, raw materials, and components to ensure compliance with standards
  • Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Review documentation for adherence to quality standards and procedures
  • Use measuring equipment such as calipers and gauges to verify product specifications

What's Needed?

  • Hands-on experience in quality and manufacturing within an ISO-certified environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Access, Outlook, and Adobe programs
  • Experience with Document Control software
  • Familiarity with SAP, ISO-9001, and quality systems like DFx or FMEA is a plus
  • Ability to follow and promote quality standards and procedures
